Note: The purpose of the licence search function is only for the public to verify that the Irradiating Apparatus Licence(s) or the Radioactive Substances Licence(s) under the Radiation Ordinance (Cap. 303) as listed in the search results is/are still in force.

Any person accessing or obtaining information on the licence search function shall comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) in respect of the use of personal data and shall not use such personal data for any purposes other than the aforesaid licence verification purpose.
